What is Fitness 450?

A series of circuit-based classes, unique to JCC Rockland, that uses specialized equipment allowing an unlimited variety of exercises. Classes are capped at 12 people, allowing the Coach to give personalized attention to each participant. Because each participant works individually at each station, classes can accommodate a variety of fitness levels.

These workouts are for every body, whether you are looking to push yourself to the next level, gain confidence, get stronger, or have fun—we’ve got you covered! All classes include cardio, strength, agility, balance, and mobility movements.

Participants use heart rate monitors to allow Coaches to focus on individual progress and needs. Surprise yourself with all you will accomplish!
